If you follow along, it will become quite obvious that I have a hoarding problem. Diaper boxes, paper towel rolls, basically anything cardboard. It is just so versatile and easy to repurpose! I love DIY'ing pretend play items for my toddler. Toys are so expensive these days and I want him to embrace his imagination and creativity. I stumbled upon this idea a few times on Pinterest and decided to make some of my own. They turned out so cute and Bryson loves to play with them!

DIY cardboard pretend play binoculars using toilet paper rolls, acrylic paint, and yarn

SUPPLIES

- Toilet paper rolls

- Acrylic paint

- Hot glue gun

- Hole punch

- Yarn

STEPS

  1. Paint toilet paper rolls and allow to dry completely.

  2. Hot glue them together (I added an additional piece of kraft paper to the top to add to the design).

  3. Hole punch each outter side in approximately the same location.

  4. String yarn through and tie on each end.
