Halloween-themed table setting with black towels, ghost and bat decorations, spider, candles, and woven placemat on a marble surface. DIY Napkin rings using toilet paper rolls

I'm always looking for ways to add creativity to parties without spending money on things I may only use once or twice. If you know me, you know I literally keep every single paper towel and toilet paper roll and thought they would make perfect napkin rings! You can make these for any holiday. So simple, inexpensive (free if you have everything on hand!), and endless opportunities to make them unique. I made a ghost, bat, and witch hat but you could also do pumpkins, spiders, witch brooms, etc.

SUPPLIES

- Toilet paper or paper towel rolls

- Acrylic paint

- Any accents you want! I used ribbon and fabric.

STEPS

  1. Flatten the toilet paper rolls slightly and draw your designs.

  2. Cut them out, ensuring that a portion of the roll stays together to keep the opening for the napkin.

  3. Paint and add accents as you wish!
